uCollections will accept returns on all of our products except for custom orders within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credt or exchange. Original sales receipt must accompany returns. Each returned and/or exchanged item must be unused, and come in their original condition.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact CustomerServices@uCollections.net immediately.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
How do I return my product?
Please follow the steps for any return and/or exchange:
- Email us at CustomerServices@uCollections.net for your RMA#. A RMA is needed for any return.
- Use only the return address given by uCollections for return.
- Please have your items shipped with tracking or a delivery confirmation number by the USPS to ensure receipt.
