uCollections will accept returns on all of our products except for custom orders within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credt or exchange. Original sales receipt must accompany returns. Each returned and/or exchanged item must be unused, and come in their original condition.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact info@uCollections.net immediately.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

How do I return my product?

Please follow the steps for any return and/or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@uCollections.net for your RMA#. A RMA is needed for any return.
  2. Use only the return address given by uCollections for return.
  3. Please have your items shipped with tracking or a delivery confirmation number by the USPS to ensure receipt.

For expedited shipping, choose other shipping options at checkout. Shipping charge is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?
 
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days except for custom orders. Custom orders usually take 2-3 weeks to ship out.

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
